      Alpaca anti-rabbit IgG, recombinant VHH is an anti-rabbit IgG specific secondary antibody. It consists of of a mixture of 3 anti-rabbit Nanobodies that bind to rabbit IgG FC with high affinity & specificity.In total, 12 fluorophores (yellow stars) label the primary rabbit IgG antibody.


      Alpaca  heavy chain only antibodies provide a framework for engineering recombinant antibodies. The monomeric variable domain (VHH) of heavy chain only camelid IgG2 and IgG3 provides a 12-15 kDa domain which is easy to clone and produce at high levels in recombinant systems, is stable to heat and pH extremes, and generally, has good solubility.

      資源 10.jpgSiha cell were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100, blocked with 5%BSA, labeled with Rabbit Anti-human CK17 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Alpaca Anti-Rabbit IgG, Recombinant VHH (FITC) at 1/500 dilution. The result showed cytoplasm staining of Hela cells.
